Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Lesson Studio OS (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to register as a teacher. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it current.

You agree not to misuse the Service or help anyone else do so. Prohibited conduct includes:

• Using the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Attempting to access data or systems you are not authorized to reach.
• Interfering with the proper functioning of the Service or its infrastructure.
• Uploading content that infringes the rights of others.

You retain ownership of the studio data you enter (students, lessons, assignments, billing). You grant us the limited right to host and process that data solely to provide the Service to you.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis until you cancel. You may cancel at any time from your subscription settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will not be charged again.

All subscription fees are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for partially used billing periods, unused time, or downgrades. If you cancel, you retain access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us within 30 days of the charge and we will review your request. Chargebacks initiated through your bank or card issuer before contacting us may result in account suspension.

We strive to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lesson Studio OS is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
