Protecting your studio data is a top priority. This page outlines the security practices Lesson Studio OS follows to keep your information safe.

Accounts are protected by the platform's managed authentication, including secure session handling and optional single sign-on. We encourage strong, unique passwords and recommend enabling any provider-backed multi-factor authentication available to your account.

All data in transit is encrypted using TLS. Data at rest is stored in managed infrastructure that applies encryption and access controls consistent with industry standards.

Access to your data is governed by role-based permissions. Teachers only see records they create, parents and students only see the portals they are invited to, and administrative actions require elevated privileges.

Payments are processed by our payment provider. Card details are never stored on or transmitted through Lesson Studio OS infrastructure — checkout is handled entirely by the provider's secure environment.

We monitor the platform for unusual activity and respond to suspected security incidents promptly. If we confirm a breach affecting your data, we will notify affected users as required by law.

If you believe you have discovered a security issue, please contact your studio administrator or Lesson Studio OS support with a detailed description. We ask that you avoid public disclosure until we have had an opportunity to investigate.
