Lesson Studio OS ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the platform, you agree to the practices described here.

We collect information you provide directly — such as your name, email, studio details, and student records — as well as usage data generated when you interact with the app.

• Account information: name, email address, and role (teacher, parent, student).
• Studio data: student profiles, lesson schedules, assignments, and billing records you create.
• Usage data: device type, browser, and basic interaction logs used to improve the service.

We use the information to operate and maintain the platform, provide scheduling and billing features, send lesson and payment reminders, and protect against fraud or abuse. We do not sell your personal information.

Your data is shared only with the members of your studio you invite, and with service providers (such as payment processors) who help us deliver the platform under appropriate data-protection agreements.

We retain your studio data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your data at any time; we will remove it within a reasonable period, subject to legal retention requirements.

You may access, correct, or delete your personal information. To exercise these rights, contact your studio administrator or Lesson Studio OS support.

We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information using reasonable measures.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted in the app with an updated "last updated" date.
